Nazareth Hospital Welcomes Five New Urologists Expanding Access to Urological Care for Community Residents

Northeast Philadelphia – (July 7, 2020) – Dean Laganosky, MD; Jeffrey David Reich, MD, FACS; John M. Rodgers, MD, FACS; Jeffrey N. Gordon, MD, FACS; and Anton Kapp, Jr., MD, FACS; have joined Nazareth Urology at Nazareth Hospital.

After receiving his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Laganosky completed his internship in general surgery and residency in urology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. He is a member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons and American Medical Association.

Dr. Reich received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery and residency in urology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. He is a member of the American Urological Association and Fellow of American College of Surgeons. Dr. Reich is also board certified in urology.

Dr. Rodgers received his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency for general surgery at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Rodgers is a member of the American Urological Association, American Urological Association Mid-Atlantic, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also board certified in urology.

After receiving his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga., Dr. Gordon completed a residency in urology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is a member of the UHS Cancer Committee, American Urological Association (Mid-Atlantic Section), Pennsylvania Medical Society, Bucks County Medical Society, Academic Urology (Quality Committee) and a Fellow of American College of Surgeons. Dr. Gordon is also board certified in urology.

Dr. Kapp received his medical degree, with honors, from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa., and completed two residencies. The first in general surgery followed by urology both at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. He is a member of the American Urologic Association and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kapp is also board certified in urology.
