Throughout the Delaware Valley, the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA serves more than 160,000 members and 240,000 individuals a year- regardless of age, income or background- to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation’s health and well-being, and provide opportunities to give back and support neighbors. The Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA offers a wide range of programs for children and teens including swim lessons, youth sports, gymnastics, karate, fitness, child care and day camps. For adults and seniors, the Y has personal training, a variety of group exercise classes, yoga, zumba, water aerobics, wellness orientations and free babysitting services.
