Mr. Freeman grew up in a Mennonite community working on a horse farm and has always loved and respected what horseman stood for back there. The basic common sense principals he was taught have fostered his success in life! To this day he lives on a working horse farm. He went to college for nursing and has worked in elder care most of his career.  He is very entrepreneurial which helped in his career as a business manager.  He loves teaching and has been a presenter in local, state, and national conferences speaking about health care topics and general topics that appeal to everyone. He is well known for high energy presentations filled with laughter and sometimes music with the idea to make learning fun!  Teaching is a powerful attribute in managing teams and looksforward to meeting the GNPCC members and guests. "Horse sense and common sense for healthy leadership, Got grit?" is a fun presentation for any business manager/ leader.
