Healthy Habit Jump-Start Program
Formally known as the weight management support group, this 8-week program is geared towards those looking to live a healthier lifestyle, make behavior changes that will last a lifetime, and end the cycle of yo-yo dieting. The healthy habit jump-start program will provide support, accountability, and realistic nutrition tips and recipes.
All LIVE support group classes are held on Mondays at 6:00pm starting January 7th, 2019 via Zoom conferencing. ?Topics include: goal setting, meal prep hacks, late night cravings, hydration, motivation, eating on the go and more!
