Flavors of the Northeast is a food extravaganza scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, 6-9 p.m., presented by the GNPCC and the Northeast Times, Northeast Philadelphia’s oldest and finest community publication. It will be staged at the fabulous Philadelphia Ballroom, 2014 Hornig Rd., on the west side of Roosevelt Blvd., across from Crown Way.
