Dr. Brandi M. Baldwin, PhD., CEO at Millennial Ventures Holdings
Dr. Brandi is the CEO at Millennial Ventures Holdings, the parent company to a growing portfolio of women and minority-owned businesses.
After publishing her first book on corporate leadership, Dr. Brandi has become a thought-leader who is tapped by organizations like Discover, Comcast, and the Federal Government to share her unconventional insights on engaging the millennial workforce, leadership, and diversity. Dr. Brandi was also the 2017 commencement speaker at Brightwood College where she shared her perspective on how to achieve "career freedom", a concept that she teaches professionals around the globe.
She was appointed to Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney's Millennial Advisory Commission in 2017 and was recently named one of Philadelphia's Most Influential African American's by the Philadelphia Tribune. In 2018, her company Millennial Ventures received the Small Business of the Year Award and the Philadelphia Business Journal awarded her as one of Philadelphia's 40 Under 40.

Moderator: Curtis Gregory, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Instruction, Strategic Management, Temple University, Fox School of Business
Curtis Gregory is Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Strategic Management department, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate students. Before joining the Fox faculty full-time in 2018, Dr. Gregory served as an adjunct instructor within the College of Liberal Arts and as a project executive with the Fox Management Consulting Practice.
Prior to joining Temple University, Dr. Gregory was a Mayoral appointment as a Senior Director of the Office of Business Services housed within the Commerce Department for the City of Philadelphia. Dr. Gregory has maintained a highly successful career as a Senior Vice President within the commercial banking industry. This background, within the banking industry, includes small business banking, retail banking, institutional trust, commercial banking, and business banking.
Lecturing across the country about access to capital for entrepreneurs, he has been described as an enabler of people who want to start or grow a business with a specialization in developing human capital for marginalized people. Dr. Gregory holds a bachelor?s degree from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Arts degree from Antioch University McGregor, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University.

Marta Coles is currently the Research & Training Coordinator for the Urban League of Philadelphia - Entrepreneurship Center. In her role she assists established and start-up small businesses grow to scale. Marta has also worked in the Non-profit sector for the last 7 years assisting organizations with Brand Awareness and Strategic Planning. In addition Marta continues to hone and develop the skills of adult minorities by conducting impactful work within the community and connecting entrepreneurs to vital resources that will position them for success. Marta's passion for helping people succeed in life and business was solidified during her time at Carin University where she studied Business Administration.

Dr. Laura Sicola is a leadership communication and influence coach, author of the brand new book, Speaking to Influence: Mastering Your Leadership Voice, and founder of Vocal Impact Productions in Philadelphia, PA. She has appeared on Fox Business News, Fast Company Magazine, Forbes.com, Coaching for Leaders podcast and more. She earned her PhD in educational linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania where she also taught from 2001-2013
Lorenzo Buffa, Founder, Analog Watch Company
Lorenzo Buffa is the designer and founder of Analog Watch Company, launched in 2013 and Something Socks, launched in 2019. Lorenzo has a background in product design. Through launching his brands he has become an industry expert in e-commerce, product development, marketing, & creative direction. His brands have sold to major museums stores such as the MoMA Design Store and The Guggenheim. He's partnered with major brands such as Mercedes-Benz and Makers Mark on collaborative designs within the timepiece category.
